Two front porcelain crowns

Patient had front fillings since childhood from an accident. The teeth and fillings were fracturing significantly on the outside and inside of the tooth. After discussing our treatment options, we decided to restore teeth with porcelain crowns to preserve the integrity of the teeth and prevent further fracture.
